Electrolytes are an extremely important factor in regulating muscle function, fluid balance and metabolism. Defecits of required minerals can result in muscle fatigue. During strenuous activity or exercise the horse's body temperature, pH, osmolarity, and energy levels must be maintained. Vetri-Lyte EQ is an isotonic electrolyte supplement that maintains mineral balance within the horses body. This is important for maintaining osmotic pressure, fluid balance, and proper pH during exercise or physical stress.
Vetri-Lyte EQ also contains 4 strains of microbial cultures to support the horse's digestive tract health along with alfalfa, wheat bran, molasses, and dextrose in a highly palatable pellet form.
Ingredients: wheat germ meal, wheat bran, salt, alfalfa meal, cane molasses, dextrose, potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, monosodium phosphate, glycine, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, dried lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried enterococcus faecium fermentation product, dried bifidobacterium thermophilum fermentation product, dried bifidobacterium longum fermentation product, with propionic acid (0.06%) and vitamin E supplement (0.08%) added as preservatives.
Color of this product may vary due to color variations of the natural ingredients.
