About Our Pet Pharmacy

We make ordering prescription pet meds online safe and easy! Refills are hassle free too! We require a valid prescription from a licensed U.S. veterinarian for all prescription products but our pharmacy makes it easy and they do all the work. All of our prescription products are identical to those offered by your local veterinarian and purchased directly from licensed distributors. Our pharmacy is fully licensed, regularly inspected and can ship and dispense to all states except Indiana, Montana, North Carolina, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Prescription products typically ship within 24 to 72 hours from the time we receive the required prescription, not including weekends and holidays. Non-prescription items in an order are shipped separately, usually within 24 hours. Once your prescription product(s) have shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and links to detailed information regarding the drugs in your order. Additional information regarding pet medications that we carry can typically be found on our site.

VetDepot and its pharmacy are certified by LegitScript, a service that certifies if an online pet meds pharmacy is operating in accordance with all federal and state laws and accepted standards of safety and ethics. LegitScript is identified by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) as the only Internet pharmacy verification service that adheres to its standards aside from the NABP's Vet-VIPPS accreditation. Prescriptions may be mailed to VetDepot 2175 Business Center Dr., Ste. 6, Memphis, TN 38134. By law, we are unable to accept prescriptions emailed or faxed directly by the customer.

Give your pet the best!

We are committed to working closely with you and your veterinarian to provide your pet with the safest, most convenient, effective and economical treatment for your pet. Only a licensed veterinarian that has seen your pet is qualified to determine which prescription medication(s) are most appropriate for your pet. Although our pharmacist is available to answer questions, we believe your local veterinarian that has already established a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship is the only professional that is qualified to answer essential questions you might have about your pet and appropriate medications. However, our pharmacists may be reached at 1-800-662-9220 or at pharmacist@advantagepharmacy.com. We work hard to give your pet the best!
