When Ammonil was discontinued I did not know what to do for my 15 year old Siamese. He even eats urinary food but still needs an acidifier. I was apprehensive about the size of the pill but it slides right down his throat even better than the Ammonil. Not ONE problem. VERY happy with this product it WORKS!

Excellent product. It has helped all three of my cats with the amount of acid in their urine.
