    Description

Treat your dog's arthritis pain with Rimadyl Caplets

Use Rimadyl (Carprofen) 25mg, 30 Caplets to relieve joint pain in dogs caused by osteoarthritis, elbow or hip dysplasia, or other degenerative joint diseases. Rimadyl is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits COX-2, an enzyme which is part of the body's inflammatory response. By reducing joint pain, your dog will be able to stay active and maintain their quality of life.

This medication is the number one NSAID prescribed for dogs in the world. Even though there is no cure for canine arthritis, Rimadyl 25mg Caplets can be used to ease pain and increase your dog's comfort. Unlike ibuprofen or aspirin, which can be dangerous for dogs, Rimadyl is effective and FDA-approved.

    Directions

For oral administration, the manufacturer's recommended dose is 2 mg of Rimadyl per 1 lb of bodyweight (4.4 mg/kg) given every 24 hours. However, the dose can be divided and given every 12 hours as 1 mg per 1 lb of bodyweight (2.2 mg/kg). However, always follow your veterinarian's specific instructions for administering Rimadyl to your pet.

Remember, Rimadyl Caplets and Chewable Tablets are for use in dogs only. Do not administer to cats or other animals. Keep out of reach of pets and children.
