The product seems to be working but she does not like the taste and it is a job to get her to eat it. I have tried putting it on her food, bread, and other table scraps. She just doesn't like it.
This is great stuff, we just purchased our 2nd gallon bottle for our Golden Ret. With Optima365 he hardly sheds at all. We put a 3 tablespoons in his food a day and it's like magic. Very little shedding. My dog even likes the taste of it. Buddy is our 2nd Golden,I wish I knew about Optima when we had our Simba, he would shed so bad that we had to vacuum everyday just to keep our burgundy carpet from turning gold. I will continue to use Optima for as long as I own a dog.
This product is great, I have a golden ret. that has just about stopped shedding all together. I will continue to use this product. VetDepot has the best price that I can find anywhere. The only cons is the high price and you have to keep shaking it up or just the oils will come out without the flavoring.
I have a Lab/Pyrenees Mix who sheds quite a bit. He has less shedding, but how much less is difficult to tell.
I have only been using the Optima 365 for 3 weeks so I can't quite give it a fair review yet, but I have noticed a less itching in our lab mix. I'm hoping for the best because I am getting tired of the shedding and itching. I do like the price of a gallon verses the $23.00 pint I paid at the vet. I'll keep you posted! Thanks, VetDepot!
