At 1 1/2 years old my Bullmastiff had knee surgery, and the Vet said he would need to be on Dasuquin for the rest of his life. Its been a year and he is doing wonderful. I was ordering from another pet products web site and paying a lot more money. I am so glad I found VetDepot.

We are on our second bottle of Dasuquin for an 80lb Olde English Bulldog. I wrote a review after receiving the first bottle and complimented the low price on this site. I did not have any experience yet with the product so that was the extent of the review.



Well, here we are almost a year later and I have nothing but GREAT things to say. The price is still unbeatable and the shipping is quick from VetDepot.com.



As for the product itself. We first purchased Dasuquin because there was a clicking sound coming from the leg/knee area of our dog. We followed the recommendations on the package and after a few months, cut back to one chewable every other day instead of one per day. The clicking stopped after a few months and has not started again since. That is why we ordered the second bottle - for maintenance. It will last almost a year if given every other day.



As compared to similar products, this seems to be the best. Not only is it vet recommended but it our dog eats them like a treat - they must be delicious. Also, don't be fooled by other glucosamine/chondroitin supplements that may appear cheaper. If you look at the dosage, it requires that you give two or more pills every day! So that $20 bottle only lasts a fraction of the time that this one does and costs at least as much. Not to mention the hassle of giving pills all day.



Bottom line: This is a great product, dogs love it, VetDepot has the best price, it works! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Our vet recommended Dasuquin for our Lab as it is beginning to take extra effort for him to stand up after retrieving. He has been very active his entire life and he continues to want to retrieve. He doesn't seem to know when to quit. He's 7 years old and weighs about 100 lbs; he is not overweight.



We started him on Dasuquin as soon as we received them and it seems to have started to work almost instantly. The real test will be once the snow clears and we can do some retrieving.

I purchased this product on a recommendation from my veterinarian. Quick shipping and the best price around are a plus. Being that its a joint support supplement, I cannot really tell if it is taking affect. So I suppose one has to just trust the product and its intended results.
