Great stuff

This is the generic for Rimadyl and it works just as well at a much more affordable price.

Great substitute for Rimadyl

Novox does exactly the same thing for my older pup as the triple the price Rimadyl. VetDepot makes the whole process easy and the turnaround time is great.

Happy Doggy! Happy Wallet!

Rating:
Pros:

My 12 1/5 yr. Golden Retriever has found GREAT relief with Novox and my wallet found great relief from what the vet was charging. She tried the Rimadyl for 2 wks with the vet, had a her blood checked and was given the go ahead to continue. My next purchase was just for the minimum to get her by until my order from VetDepot would be available. The savings was FANTASTIC! Thank you for making us both happy!

Helping my large dog!

Rating:
Pros:
 • Cost
 • Same meds as the vet
 • hasn't had any side affects
Cons:
 • Dealing w/ vet to fill out paperwork!
Carprofen has been great in treating my 90+ pit/mastiff mix for his arthritis. One pill, every other day, of both the Carprofen and Tramadol seems to help manage his pain. I couldn't believe the savings for the same script he got at the vet!

Hooray For Generics!

Rating:
Pros:
 • Much less expensive
Cons:
 • Does not come in chewable.
 • Personnel @ VetDepot detrimental.
Novox has been a lifesaver (and wallet saver!) for us. We have three large littermates who just turned 14. All were prescribed Rimadyl. Our vet charged more than $2.50 per pill. That would have cost almost $250/mth. VetDepot offered Novox for much less. It works just as well, and our three babies are doing much better.

If your dog benefits from Rimadyl, your wallet will benefit from Novox

Works just like Rimadyl.

And cheaper.

It's a miracle!

My vet prescribed rimadyl for my 10 year old shepherd mix. It put a spring in her step, but a hole in my wallet! This is the generic equivalent and works equally as well, for a lot less money. What a find!

Just As Good As Rimadyl

I've only given this to my arthritic old man a few times, but it seems to work just as well as Rimadyl.

Let's hear it for generics!

Rating:
Pros:
 • saves money
 • works great
Cons:
 • none
With my vet's office charging $95 for 45 Rimadyl, I needed a better option, and found it here at VetDepot with Novox. I was worried my dog might not accept the change from a chewable to a pill, but I just wrap it in a little bit of cheese, and down it goes! I use generics for my own meds, and I think it's great to have a generic available for my dog's meds, too!

Money saving option!

Rating:

Cons:
Finding Novox was a real money-saver for us. Our dog was prescribed Rimadyl 2x daily for hip dysplasia. At over $2.00 per pill, it was really a hardship to afford his medication every month. When we found Novox, we were so relieved. It works as well as the Rimadyl and is every bit as effective.

Best price I could find, 40% less than my vet. Fast shipping and in original packaging which gave me great comfort. Just fax in your prescription and the rest is easy. Order at least 120 or 180 tablets if you can for best price/shipping.

Novox

Rating:
Pros:
 • as good as brand name
Cons:
This is a good product. A great generic Rimadyl. It would be very hard for us to afford brand name, and I am just glad this generic came out when our dog needed it. I think the brand name costs up to $2 a pill, this one breaks down to about $.57/pill in the quantity we buy. Actually, I hope it goes down in price even more after it's been on the market awhile. Some of us have a hard time with even $.57/pill but it's certainly better than brand name, and I am grateful for that.

Novox

Because of a torn ACL, I have had my English Bulldog on Rymadil since his surgery. When I heard there was a generic form of Rymadil, I decided to try it. Aside from not coming in chewable form, Novox is the exact same medicine as Rymadil, without the very expensive price. Instead of the chewable form, I hide it in a small piece of hot dog and my dog thinks it's a treat.
