Zylkene 425 mg, 30 Capsules helps large and very large dogs cope with unusual and stressful situations as well as changes in their everyday lives. This nutritional supplement contains the milk protein casein, which has been shown to promote relaxation without sedating your pet. Because this is a nutritional supplement, it does not sedate your pet and is not known to have side effects.

Use Zylkene to help stop excessive vocalization, inappropriate urination and defecation, licking, and other behavioral signs of anxiety in pets. Ease your dog's stress and add more joy to their lives.

Directions

Zylkene Capsules can be fed directly or opened and the powder mixed in with your pet's food or a treat. Ideally start Zylkene a few days before fireworks, a veterinary or grooming visit, or a kennel stay. For long-term stressful situations, the manufacturer recommends Zylkene be given for a minimum of 1-2 months or longer if necessary. Always consult your veterinarian before starting your pet on any new supplement or medication.

My 8 year old mixed breed has issues with gun fire in the woods and thunder. She had a fight with our 7 year old Coon Dog. She was out of sorts because we had a friend visiting with a smaller dog, staying with us for several weeks and it wanted a lot of attention. I took her to the vet for her annual and told her of the dog fight. She prescribed Zylkene and within a couple doses our house guest noticed a change in her demeanor.
