Medicated Shampoo for Seborrhea

Oxiderm is an antiseptic cleansing and degreasing shampoo for dogs, cats, and horses. It relieves the itching and scaling associated with plugged hair follicles, seborrheic conditions, and skin infections. Oxiderm is also available with the addition of phytosphingosine, a mild anti-inflammatory compound that helps restore the skin's natural protective barrier.

Use as recommended by your veterinarian.

Directions:

1. Wet your animal's coat thoroughly with warm water.
2. Shake bottle well prior to use.
3. Apply enough to affected areas to create a lather.
4. Massage product gently into coat and skin to lather.
5. Apply over the rest of the coat and lather.
6. Let shampoo remain on for 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Rinse off well.
8. Wash your hands with soap and water.

Frequency of Use:

Use Oxiderm shampoo 2 to 3 times per week, or as recommended by your veterinarian.

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store Oxiderm shampoo at room temperature.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Oxiderm Shampoo Active Ingredients: Benzoyl Peroxide 3%, Sulfur 2%, Salicylic Acid 2%.

Oxiderm Shampoo +PS Active Ingredients: Benzoyl Peroxide 3%, Sulfur 2%, Salicylic Acid 2%, Phytosphingosine HCl 0.05%.

Warnings:

Keep Oxiderm shampoos out of reach of children and animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.

Oxiderm is intended only for use on dogs, cats, and horses. Do not use on humans or other animals.

For topical use only.

Follow your veterinarian's recommendations for safe and effective use on your animal(s).

CAUTION: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse well with clean water. Consult your veterinarian if irritation develops.

Oxiderm may bleach colored fabrics. Rinse your pet well to prevent transfer of shampoo from coat to furniture, clothing, or other fabrics.

If your pet ingests this product, contact your veterinarian right away.

Oxiderm may irritate human skin. Wash hands after use. If irritation persists, consult your doctor. In the event of eye contact, rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water and consult your physician if irritation persists. In the event of human ingestion, contact a physician or poison control center immediately with the product label on hand.

If your pet's skin condition worsens or fails to improve, consult your veterinarian.
