KetoChlor is an antiseborrheic shampoo that treats fungal and bacterial infections on the skin. It is easy to lather and rinse, and it imparts a pleasant fragrance.

KetoChlor is intended for external use on dogs, cats, and horses only. Do not apply to humans or other animals.

Follow your veterinarian's prescription exactly for safe and effective use on your animal.

Directions:

1. Shake well.
2. Wet the animal's coat thoroughly with warm water.
3. Apply enough shampoo to create a significant lather.
4. Massage product into the animal's coat.
5. Rinse and repeat the application process.
6. Allow shampoo to sit for 5-10 minutes.
7. Rinse shampoo off completely.
8. Wash your hands with soap and water.
9. Keep treated pets away from other animals for at least 1 hour.

Frequency of Use:

Apply KetoChlor 2-3 times per week for the first 4 weeks, and then reduce applications to once a week. This represents a standard use; apply as prescribed by your veterinarian.

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store KetoChlor at room temperature, below 75 degrees F.

KetoChlor is an antiseborrheic shampoo. It cleans, treats, and aids in the healing of fungal infections on the skin. It is also effective against bacterial dermatitis. It contains two active ingredients: ketoconazole, an antifungal, and chitosanide, a biopolymer that forms a protective film on the skin and hair. KetoChlor also contains spherulites for slow-release activity.

Active ingredients: Chlorhexidine gluconate 2.3% w/w (2% in free form; 0.3% encapsulated) Ketoconazole 1% w/w

Other ingredients: Spherulites, anti-adhesive glycotechnology, chitosanide

Warnings:

Keep this product out of reach of children and animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.

For external use only.

KetoChlor is for use on dogs, cats, and horses. Do not use on other animals. Not for use on humans. Do not use this product on any animal for which it was not prescribed.

CAUTION: Wash hands after use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Not for use in the ears.

Not for use on animals with an allergy to this product or similar products.

KetoChlor should not cause side effects when used as prescribed, and overdoses are unlikely. If you observe any reactions to this product, consult your veterinarian.

If skin irritation appears and or increases, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian.

Mention any drugs or supplements your pet uses to your veterinarian.
