Pill pocket were the answer to giving my dog her daily pill. She loved the taste and would even gobble up the crumbs if she inavertantly bit the pill. I ordered the small size by mistake but I was able to easily form the treat around the pill to cover.
Reviewer: Emily from Michigan
I have an elderly German Shepherd who would detect and refuse his numerous medications no matter what I hid them in (including wet dog food, chicken livers, peanut butter and cheese). I tried everything, but had to resort to shoving 6 pills/day down his throat. And then I saw Pill Pockets on the shelf at a local store and, in desperation, I tried them. It's a miracle! The scent and gooey factor together make this something my dog will eat. I roll them into little balls and mix them in with his food. We are both very happy the pill struggle is over. Vet Depot's price and quick delivery are the best!
