I've used Frontline for years and have been very happy with how well it's worked. This year, however, I've found a tick on one of my dogs on two different occasions--maybe Virginia is just having a really bad year for ticks (I've heard indications that this may be so). That notwithstanding, Frontline has served me and my various dogs well for quite a while with no side effects or any other difficulties, and I'm going to stick with it unless the tick problem persists.
Local pet stores here charge nearly 50% more for Frontline than VetDepot does--even with the unfortunately high shipping charge, it's still a bargain.

I bought this product because it was recommended by my vet. I have pulled more live, fully engorged ticks from my dog in a two week's time than with any other product I have ever used. As a matter of fact, my other dog who has chronic kidney disease and I can't use any topical product on has only had one tick and they are both walked together in the same area. I would not recommend this product and plan on informing my vet about this as well.

FL+ instructions are very clear and concise which makes giving doses to our Wire Fox Terrier very easy. The once per month applications have proven to be very effective. Plus, it's waterproof (very important since our little girl likes to get into all kinds of messes.)

This is the same stuff you get from the Vet, approved for distribution in the USA, not Canada. Price is more reasonable than what the Vet charges. Good price savings especially if you own more than one dog. Product received within a few days of order.
