I have a 3 year old English Mastiff who weighs around 200LBS. He was born with knee and hip problems. At a year old he had his first CCL surgery and at 2 years old he had his second. The hospital told me if the surgery wasn't successful then our baby would have to be put down. I heard about Dasuquin and decided to give it a try. It has worked miracles on my Diesel. He used to be a couch potato all day. Now he has motivation to get up and play, which helps strengthen his legs and be the 3 year old puppy that he is. I love Dasuquin and what it has done for my English Mastiff. He still wakes up a little lame in the morning after sleeping all night, to be considered since he had 2 CCL surgeries, but within 10-15 mins he's ready to tear the house down and play all day!!

I like the product very much,my dogs orthapedic surgeon put them on it after my male had knee replacement surgery in January 2011 on his left knee, and just had knee surgery on his right knee. He is not 4yrs old yet. I guess to much hard running and bad genetics. However the price has gone up since I last bought it. I would have bought more than two if they were on sale.

I have a 6 1/2 year old Labrador, who is a certified therapy dog. She was diagnosed at age 3 with both hip & knee dysplasia. Our chocolate lab Sophie is 8 years old and already having leg joint problems. Our vet can't explain the premature aging symptoms, but suggested Dasuquin MSM, which helps. We give Sophie one tablet per day. She didn't like them at first but I put a little peanut butter on it and she chomps it right down. Purchasing Dasuquin from VetDepot saves quite a bit over buying from the vet. I usually buy enough to qualify for free shipping which saves even more.

Sweet Pea, my devoted, overweight, senior Rat Terrier had developed difficulties in her hindquarters. She couldn’t jump on the couch or even climb stairs any longer. I have a 15 year old Jack Russell and a 14 year old lab mix (75 lbs). Both are on Dasuquin MSM. You could see a huge difference in about a week. They both move better and are more comfortable. I have two Greyhounds. My female is almost ten years old, and had developed tremors in her neck and shoulders. My vet recommended Dasuquin with MSM. After just a few months the tremors stopped. After doing a lot of research, I switched my two dogs off of G-F. Although both dogs were doing well on the other product I needed to be proactive especially for my black lab who suffers from hip dysplasia. The amount of information on the internet is mind boggling. However after reviewing exactly what is in Dasuquin with MSM (large dog) -- the choice to me was clear. I wish I'd made the change some time ago -- my black lab is responding even better since the MSM has been added to his diet. My only concern is the price. Considering I use this for two dogs -- it can get a little pricy. Don't get me wrong, VetDepot has an excellent price (and FAST shipping), sometimes coupons are available too -- it just hits my pocketbook a little hard with two dogs on Dasuquin w/ MSM. However, unless something much better comes along....my black lab and my shar pei will stay on Dasuquin w/ MSM. Simply put, this product works very well!

Our arthritic lab was on Cosequin DS for a number of years when his doctor recommended we change to Dasuquin MSM. He did quite well on it for a while, until other medical issues caused even greater problems for him. He cannot use his back legs to walk any more, but we still give the Dasuquin MSM to him, so he can be more comfortable. I would highly recommend this product to all people trying to help their dog be more mobile while dealing with arthritis.

I started giving my two 11 year old greyhounds Dasuquin last fall, switching over from JointMax. It has made a big difference in their comfort levels (one is very arthritic) and they both seem perkier since switching over. I would definitely suggest trying it for dogs with mobility issues.

I have a two year old lab. She is 85 lbs and loves to run and chase our other dog. While hunting with my husband, she fell and twisted her knee. We didn't know it at the time, but she strained (and now tore) her cruciate ligament. We had her on Dasuguin MSM per our vets’ advice. We saw a specialist and she says that it will most likely be a big difference between her having severe arthritis. My golden is 14 years old and has had hip displayxia all her life. She has been on a glucosomine/chondrontin supplement for the majority of her life and she has done okay. Recently she was really having trouble with the stairs and just getting up from lying down. I brought it to my vet's attention and he recommended us trying Dasuquin MSM. She still has an issue of climbing stairs, but I have seen great improvement. We only just recently switched over to this product, but I do anticipate it improving her ability to stand.

Do your own research. Check the ingredients and the milligrams of any joint relief product for dogs out there in the market. Oh and be sure to check how many tablets your dog needs to take for his/her weight. You will find that Dasuquin has the highest level of effective treatment in each tablet. I have two Labs. Sammy tore both ACL's and had surgery on only one leg. He gets one tab per day and today he runs like a Greyhound. Kelly has some arthritis and a daily maintenance dose for her improves her ability markedly.

We have two boxers who each have arthritis in their knees. Have 8 yr old golden who has limped on occasion for last couple years -- we think from hip or knee arhritis. Last yr. has been getting up much more slowly and hesitant to do stairs. Ginger, our 10 year old, 70 lb. Golden Retriever developed arthritis in her rear hip/leg joints. On a suggestion from a good friend and confirming with a veterinarian I started her on these tablets as prescribed on the bottle. Before starting her she would struggle in the moring getting up requiring several attempts to stand on her hind legs. After about 7-10 days on Dasuquin she began getting up on her first attempts in the morning and now after being on Dasuquin for over 6 months it is quite remarkable how well she is and those painfull symptoms are gone. We have a home on a lake and she absolutely loves the water and would swim all day if we let her. The Dasuquin allows her to still enjoy her most favorite activity and minimizes the soreness that she feels in the morning. There is no doubt in my mind we owe it to the effectiveness of Dasuquin and without it her quality of life would be severly changed. There is no cure for what she has but Dasuquin has certainly controlled the symptoms with no side effects. We love our pet dearly, she knows that now you do too. You now know that Dasuquin works and it works well. VetDepot's price is as low as I could find and I have found the deliveries to be very fast. I have never had a reason to call them but I'd be surprised if thier customer service was not satisfactory. I take my vitamins in the morning to be the best I can be and Ginger gets her Dasuquin !

My mixed breed dog is 11 years old and has struggled with joint stiffness for years. Her vet suggested that I try this product and I have been very pleased. My dog has been less stiff and more playful since she started taking it. The only downfall is that she did really well on 2 tablets a day, but didn't maintain on 1 tablet a day, so I've had to give her 1.5 each day. Hopefully that will do the trick, but I don't know yet. Other than that, my experience has been that this is a great product that my dog thinks is just another tasty treat!

I have 2 Golden Retrievers, one 3 year old and one 2 year old and our 3 year old was diagnosed with chronic arthritis and our Vet recommended this product. Before using this product our 3 year old after playing outside for 20 mins, for the rest of the night she would limp around because of her hip and joint pain. I felt so sorry for her, that's all she looks forward to doing is to go out and play even though it's extremely painful for her afterward. She has now been taking Dasuquin for over about 8 months and has shown no signs of limping or obvious pain after play sessions.
