Joint Supplements for Horses

Chondrogen EQ treats stiff and degenerating joints in all breeds of horses with a synergistic combination of ingredients. It supplies three naturally occurring compounds that keep joints well lubricated and promote pain-free joint function. Chondrogen EQ promotes increased and continuing mobility in aging horses and those with arthritis or other conditions affecting joint health.

Chondrogen EQ is only for use in horses. Do not feed to other animals. Not for human ingestion.

Use as recommended by your veterinarian.

Directions:

1. Add a 0.5 oz scoop of Chondrogen EQ powder to feed once per day.
2. Alternatively, administer 10 mL of Chondrogen EQ paste per 1,100 lbs. of body weight orally once per day.
3. To administer the paste, fill the included syringe with the proper dose, insert it over the back of the horse's tongue, then depress the plunger to empty all contents.

Frequency of Use:

Give Chondrogen EQ once daily.

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store Chondrogen EQ powder and paste at controlled room temperature.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Chondrogen EQ contains glucosamine, a compound that helps maintain and repair cartilage. It also provides chondrotin, which contributes to the elasticity of cartilage. Additionally, Chondrogen EQ delivers supplemental hyaluronic acid, an essential component of synovial fluid that is responsible for lubricating the joints.

Chondrogen EQ Active Ingredients (per 0.5 oz scoop of powder or 10 mL of paste): Glucosamine Sulfate 5000 mg, Chondroitin Sulfate 500 mg, Sodium Hyaluronate 20 mg, Manganese Sulfate 20 mg

Warnings:

Keep Chondrogen EQ out of reach of children and animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.

Chondrogen EQ is only intended for use in horses. Do not administer to other species. Do not use in humans.

Follow your veterinarian's recommendations for using this product in your horse(s).

CAUTION: If horse's lameness worsens or fails to improve with consistent use, discontinue administration and consult your veterinarian.

If you observe any adverse reactions in your horse, discuss them with your veterinarian.

Seek emergency veterinary attention for a hypersensitive reaction. Signs may include facial swelling, difficulty breathing, hives, rash, or shock.

Consult your veterinarian before administering other supplements or drugs concurrently with Chondrogen EQ.
