These injectable vitamin supplements are intended
for use in dogs, cats, horses, cattle, swine, and sheep. Do not administer
to other animals. Do not administer to any animal that does not have
a prescription. Not for use in humans.
Do not permit children to administer injections.

provided by the manufacturer.
Doses vary widely depending on the species and its
condition and body weight. Use only as prescribed by your veterinarian.
Directions:
- Restrain animal appropriately.
- Sterilize the site of injection and the syringe.
- Inject 1 to 10 mL of vitamin C intramuscularly as
prescribed.
- Inject 0.25 to 0.5 mL of vitamin B12 intramuscularly
or subcutaneously as prescribed in cats and dogs; inject 1 to 2 mL in
other animals.
- Inject 0.5 to 2 mL of vitamin B-complex intramuscularly
as directed in cats and dogs; inject 5 mL per 100 lbs. of body weight
in calves, foals, sheep, and swine; inject 1 to 2 mL per 100 lbs. of
body weight in adult cattle and horses.
- Inject 0.5 to 1 mL of super vitamin B-complex intramuscularly
or subcutaneously as directed in cats; inject 0.5 to 2 mL in dogs; inject
3 to 5 mL in calves and foals; inject 5 to 10 mL in yearlings; inject
1 to 2 mL in lambs and weaning pigs; inject 2 to 3 mL in growing lambs
and pigs; inject 3 to 5 mL in adult sheep and swine; inject 10 to 20
mL in adult cattle and horses.
Frequency of Use:
Frequency and duration of use varies; administer
injectable vitamins as prescribed.
Storage:
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Store products at room temperature, between 59 and
86 degrees F. Store the lower-dose vitamin B-complex between 36 and
49 degrees F. Protect products from light.
It is a violation of Federal
Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
These products provide an injectable aqueous solution
containing supplemental vitamin C, vitamin B12, or B-complex vitamins,
including thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), d-panthenol (B5),
pyridoxine (B6), and cyanocobalamin (B12). Supplemental use of these
water-soluble vitamins prevents and treats deficiency. The B12 and B-complex
products are each available in two strengths.
The vitamin C injection, the vitamin B12 injections,
and the lower-dose B-complex injections require a prescription from
your veterinarian. The vitamin B-complex super injection
is available over the counter.

(per mL): Sodium ascorbate 250 mg, benzyl
alcohol (preservative) 1.5% v/v, sodium metabisulfite 0.2% w/v
Vitamin B12 1000 mcg Injectable
Ingredients (per mL): Cyanocobalamin (B12) 1000 mcg,
sodium chloride 0.8% w/v, benzyl alcohol 1.5% v/v (preservative)
Vitamin B12 3000 mcg Injectable
Ingredients (per mL): Cyanocobalamin (B-12) 3000 mcg,
sodium chloride 9 mg, benzyl alcohol 1.5%, water for injection q.s.

(per mL): Thiamine hydrochloride (B1)
12.5 mg, riboflavin (B2) (as riboflavin 5' phosphate sodium) 2 mg, niacinamide
(B3) 12.5 mg, d-Panthenol (B5) 5 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) 5
mg, cyanocobalamin (B12) 5 mcg, citric acid 0.5% w/v, benzyl alcohol
(preservative) 1.5% v/v
Super Vitamin B-Complex (Vitamin
B-Complex Fortified) Injectable Ingredients (per mL): Thiamine hydrochloride (B1) 100 mg, riboflavin
(B2) (as riboflavin 5' phosphate sodium) 5 mg, niacinamide (B3) 100
mg, d-Panthenol (B5) 10 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) 10 mg, cyanocobalamin
(B12) 100 mcg, benzyl alcohol (preservative) 1.5% v/v, water for injection
q.s.

These injectable vitamins are for cats, dogs, horses,
cattle, sheep, and swine. Do not use in humans or other animals. Do
not use in any animal to which they were not prescribed.
Use exactly as directed by your veterinarian.
CAUTION: Sign of an allergic reaction
include difficulty breathing, facial swelling, cold limbs, hives, rash,
itching, seizures, shock, sudden-onset diarrhea, vomiting, and coma.
Seek emergency veterinary treatment.
Pressure may develop in bottles with long storage.
Open with caution to release pressure. Refrigeration may help reduce
buildup of pressure.
These products are not for intravenous administration.
Parenteral administration of thiamine has caused anaphylactic shock.
Your veterinarian should monitor your animal during
administration of an injectable vitamin regimen.
Consult your veterinarian before concomitantly giving
any other supplements or drugs.
