Children must not be permitted to handle PowerBand
collars.
Consult your veterinarian before using a PowerBand
flea and tick collar on your dog.
Directions:
- Run the flat end of the collar through the buckle.
- Tighten so that the buckle covers at least 2 ridges.
The collar should be too tight for the dog to insert a paw or lower
jaw between it and the neck, but loose enough to rotate around the neck.
- Leave 1 to 2 inches at the end of the collar for
later adjustments. Cut off the remainder.
- Dispose of severed portion in the trash.
- Check periodically to ensure the collar still fits
properly, especially on quickly growing puppies.
- Check periodically for dead ticks; they may fall
off or require easy removal.
- To take the collar off, squeeze the buckle between
your thumb and index finger and pull quickly.
- Wash hands with soap and water after handling the
collar.
