Pala-Tech Canine Thyroid supplies levothyroxine sodium, a synthetic version of endogenous thyroxine, or thyroid hormone. It raises hormone levels to meet the body's needs when insufficient amounts are being produced naturally. Levothyroxine is rapidly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract following oral administration.
