I have a 7 yr old cat with bad allergies and occasionally she gets running swollen eyes and been using this for a long time and it clears up her eyes quickly.
A need to have this product on hand.

Having grown up on a farm I have treated minor wounds and eye infections myself. I have a shit Tzu and if I notice his eyes need treatment I want to be able to give it now. I don't want to wait for a vet appt. that may be days away. I started using this product years ago when a vet first prescribed it for my dog. Then I needed a refill a year or so back and discovered that most places now require a script to get it. I was overjoyed to find you guys do not so I ordered some and it was here in a matter of 3 days. timing was right on as I was taking the dog on vacation and sure enough--he scratched his eye. I was out of town and would have had to find a vet or let him suffer until we got home. I was able to treat his eye and by that night he was no longer trying to scratch his eye out.
    Cheaper online.

    Pros:
    • Works great and doesn't cause any burning or anything else.
    Cons:
    • If your cat gets eye infections a lot, see if you can get more than one tube when you order. Otherwise, you might have to wait if it is on back-order.
I use this on my cat Smokey. She is old and half blind and gets frequent eye infections. This ointment clears them up quickly but costs 5 dollars more at the vet office.
