I've been giving these to my dog along with the anti-inflammatory meds my vet prescribes for her arthritis symptoms. I can't really say if they are helping because she is taking them to prevent a problem. I can say that they don't cause any side effects and my dog has no problems with them. Also my vet seems pleased with her most recent lab work.
