My vet prescribed Felimazole for my aging cat. He used to weigh 17 lbs. and was healthy all his life until he got to 16 years old. He began drinking more water, was restless, didn't want to eat, and would vomit several times a day resulting in major weight loss. Felimazole plus Prednisolone has stopped the vomiting, restlessness, weight loss and gave my kitty a much better quality of life. <p>I have been using Felimazole for about 2 years now. I cut the tablet in half and give it twice a day to Bonnie. If I give her the whole one at once, her stomach doesn't like it, so splitting it works and her thyroid is functioning well. Bonnie turns 18 on April 28th.</p>

Our Veterinarian recommended Felimazole for my cat named Moose. She was losing weight and having trouble keeping food down ... one sick cat. This med reversed the Moose's problems almost immediately.
