I only had a few days supply left, was going to procure some from my hospital, but the package from vetdepot was there almost the next day! I am now a loyal customer!

In retrospect my pup started showing signs of kushings disease almost a year before it was full blown hair falling out, calcium build up on the skin, one eye then both eyes just constantly leaked tear like where the hair going down where the tears were falling was falling out. He would just moan and moan and it was to the point where I was taking to a vet over and over and they were misdiagnosing him, treating for skin fungus giving him keflex or cephalexin. So for 3-5 months he just suffered and then there main vet the oldest one there looks at him and says "oh he has kushings" swollen belly urinating without control you could tell his bones felt like glass, so the test comes back positive yes kushings but we want to start him on something they've treated dogs with for years and years with mixed results and run a bunch of lab work. It was to the point to either find a new vet fast or I will not watch something I love suffer and suffer and drink water then within minutes its leaking out, I was really lucky or he'd be gone right now. The new vet just wanted to run liver and kidney function to see if he can take Vetoryl, which if not for me switching vets I would not be writing this. He showed signs of improvement in 2 weeks less water consumption no more urinating all over. 2 weeks went by and his second stem test was back and the vet called and asked if I was ready for some good news. that the cortisone was down from 40% to around 3-5%. The other vet wanted to put him on a very outdated medicine that would of done more bad then good while it took East Bay Hills Vets 4-6 months to come to a diagnosis 2-3k$ and almost lost my baby. Now he's back to drinking normal he's always loved his nubas lamb and rice. Urinating normally where his body takes in the nutrients instead of not taking in any electrolytes. There was a ouple hic ups with the ordering when Vet Depot switched from midwest to deep south, but they always made sure to get me the trilostane before he ran out even if it meant overnighting it. If your dog starts drinking less or more test him because 2 years ago he didnt drink any water for 2 days I was hand feeding him crushed ice mixed with electrolytes his body was shutting down as it was summer 2012 the kushing I think started then because thats when he started acting different and were all so caught up in everything else now i pay extra attention to him his ears everything there paws no foxtails as I dont let them grow or keep him away. By the third stem test it was staying at 3-5% and he's a 77-80 pound dog who is taking 60mg a day of Vetoryl made by Dechra. He's do back for another stem test in a month or so but it's like night and day they tell you to take photos so you can see the before and after and I have to say the before his ribs were starting to show almost bald from a very beautiful crimson color as thats his name crimson or crimpy bear. A semi healthy 9 year old Staffordshire Terrier basically a fancy pit bull who is so smart and full of vinegar. So yes they have a small benign tumor that puts out a lot of cortisone that trashes there bodies if not kept in check. Again thank you Vet Depot for making sure I always have Crimsons medicine.

I was very upset when my vet diagnoised my four legged child with Cushing's but she said that the Vetoryl had produced great results so of course I ordered it from the clinic. Once I realized just how costly her monthly medication was going to be, I started the internet search and located VetDepot. The cost was 60% less but the best result is that I have my four legged child responding wonderfully!!! I have spread the word to my family and friends.

This med has worked very well in keeping out dog Jack's Cushings under control. It is expensive but VetDepot is the cheapest I have found. They are also good to contact our vet for refills .

When my dog first started needing Vetoryl, I checked all around for good prescription meds for him because this medication was not temporary. He needs to be on it forever to stabilize his hormonal levels, so I had to find some reasonable prices that I could afford and Vet Depot has THE best prices AND customer service. There was an issue once in getting the meds to me. Their pharmacy was in constant contact with me. It wasn't a machine and I was rarely put on hold. They really work one on one with you. I've re-ordered this product over and over again.

Over the years I have had 3 dogs with cushing disease. None of them lasted longer than 6 months after being diagnosed. When My 9 year old Cocker was diagnosed, I was sure she wouldnt last much longer. My vet assured me that with this treament she should be ok. After our vet retired and a new one took over, he upped the price of the vetoryl-which made us search else where for the product and low and behold we found it here for almost $20.00 cheaper and in this day every $1.00 we can save is a good thing!

This product definitely eases the symptoms of my dogs disease. After a few weeks of this medication, she was not excessively thirsty or excessively hungry. She stopped peeing in the house!!! She seems to have a normal amount of energy for an eleven year old 22 lb. Corgi/ Chihuahua. She was diagnosed with the disease about 8 months ago. The medication is very expensive, but VetDepot prices are very competitive, and their service is excellent.
