Cons:

This is our second bag we've bought. Great bag for airline travel, fits under the seat and allows plenty of room for the pet to be comfortable. They have made a few changes since our first purchase, 1 being now when you pull it the pet can see where they are going vs. where they have been, makes a big difference for our pet anyway!
