Directions:

1. Feed Life Tabs directly to dogs as a treat, or crumble them and mix the pieces in with food.
2. Give ½ chewable tablet daily to dogs weighing up to 20 lbs.
3. Give 1 chewable tablet daily to dogs weighing more than 20 lbs.

Frequency of Use:

Life Tabs doses are administered once per day.

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store Life Tabs in their original container, tightly sealed, at controlled room temperature.
