Probiotics for Dogs & Cats
Florentero Symbiotic Chewable Tablets and Symbiotic Paste are nutritional supplements that contain a combination of prebiotics and probiotics to repopulate the gastrointestinal tracts of cats and dogs with beneficial bacteria. Florentero tablets and paste relieve diarrhea and
other gastrointestinal symptoms by restoring beneficial bacteria to
the GI tract. This reduces the number of harmful bacteria and rebalances
the body's natural microflora. Florentero products contain prebiotics
and probiotics to help during times of stress, illness, and antibiotic
use.

Use this supplement only as directed by your veterinarian.
Give only to cats, dogs, rabbits, and ferrets. Do
not give to other animals or to humans. Dogs are more likely to accept
the chewable tablets, while cats, rabbits, and ferrets generally respond
more favorably to the paste.
Do not allow children to handle or give this supplement.
Directions:
- Give cats 1/2 mL of paste or 1/2 chewable tablet
in the morning.
- Give cats a second dose of the same amount in the
evening.
- Give dogs 1/2 mL of paste or 1/2 chewable tablet
in the morning per 7 kg of body weight.
- Give dogs a second dose of the same amount in the
evening.
- Continue treatment for 7 to 10 days to treat acute
problems.
Frequency of Use:
Use for up to 1 week to treat acute diarrhea. Use
for as long as your veterinarian recommends to maintain intestinal health.
Storage:
Store Florentero at room temperature, away from animals
and children. Florentero products do not require refrigeration.
It is a violation of Federal
Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Florentero paste and tablets contain both prebiotics
and probiotics to ensure colonization and beneficial results. Florentero
products inhibit development of harmful bacteria by lowering the pH
of your pet's intestines and by producing bacteriocins, which are antibiotic-like
substances.
