Cat Vaccines for FRV, FPV, and Feline Calicivirus

Fel-O-Vax products vaccinate cats against a variety of common viruses. They promote continuing health in kittens and cats by preventing a number of illnesses, and timely vaccination helps protect the community by reducing the incidence of communicable diseases in cats. Vaccines are available against multiple diseases or against individual diseases.

Benefits of Fel-O-Vax Vaccines:

• Most protect against diseases caused by the feline rhinotracheitis, calici, and panleukopenia viruses
• Some protect against a particular hemorrhagic calici strain, preventing calicivirus-induced hemorrhagic disease

• Reduces risks of future illnesses and expensive treatments
• Helps keep other animals in the home and community healthy
• Not typically associated with adverse effects

Fel-O-Vax vaccines are only for healthy cats. Do not administer to other animals. Not for use in humans.

Directions:

1. Use the InfoVax ID system. Take the lower right corner of the tab at the arrow marked "Peel Here" between your thumb and forefinger. Pull steadily at a slight upward angle until the top portion of the label is separated from the vial. Place the label on the animal's medical chart. Press down on the label to ensure adhesion. For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animal's medical chart.
2. Shake well.
3. Make injections subcutaneously using aseptic technique.
4. Give a 1 mL dose.
5. Give a second 1 mL dose in 3 to 4 weeks after the first.
6. When administering Fel-O-Vax PCT + CaliciVax (NAC No.: 10282030), a third 1 mL dose is recommended at 12 to 16 weeks if the first two doses were given to a cat less than 12 weeks of age.
7. A single-dose re-administration is recommended annually.

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store Fel-O-Vax vaccines in the dark between 35 to 45 degrees F. Do not freeze.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Fel-O-Vax IV + CaliciVax (including Chlamydia psittaci), Fel-O-Vax IV + CaliciVax (including the hemorrhagic calici strain and Chlamydia psittaci), Fel-O-Vax PCT + CaliciVax (including the hemorrhagic calici strain), Fel-O-Vax Lv-K III + CaliciVax, and Fel-O-Vax Lv-K IV are for healthy cats and kittens 8 to 10 weeks of age or older. Fel-O-Vax PCT + CaliciVax is for healthy cats and kittens at least 8 weeks of age or older.  Fel-O-Vax Lv-K is for healthy cats and kittens at least 10 weeks of age or older.

Warnings:

Keep Fel-O-Vax vaccines out of reach of children and animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat. Do not freeze.

Fel-O-Vax vaccines are only for use in cats. Not for use in other animals or humans.

CAUTION: Give epinephrine in the event of an anaphylactoid reaction.
