Cerumene cleans the ear canals of cats and dogs.
It penetrates wax barriers and loosens wax and debris for easy flushing.
This product helps remove existing wax accumulation and aids in preventing
accumulation when used regularly. Cerumene is as safe as saline solution
and, unlike many ear cleansers, it is safe for use in ears with a ruptured
tympanum.

Directions:
- Fill the ear canal with Cerumene.
- Massage the base of the ear gently for a few minutes.
- Blot excess product with a cotton ball or other clean,
absorbent material.
- Flush ear with warm water using a bulb syringe.
Frequency of Use:
Use Cerumene as often as recommended by your veterinarian.
Typical maintenance usage is 1 to 2 times per month.
Storage:
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Store Cerumene at room temperature between 59 and
86 degrees F.

Cerumene contains squalane in an isopropyl myristate-liquid
petrolatum base. It is capable of penetrating wax barriers without harming
the middle ear. It may be used as an ongoing hygiene measure to remove
or prevent wax accumulation and to prepare the ear for topical treatments.

or worsening of an otic condition, or if an ear infection develops,
discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.
Cerumene may irritate the eyes. Avoid contact. In
the event of contact, flush eyes with clean water and contact your veterinarian
if irritation persists.
Cerumene is not a medication; it is intended only
for cleaning the ear canal.
