Prescribed when heart was suspect in causing coughing. Symptoms reduced in one day, and now are gone.
This is a very convenient medicine to give to our dog. He considers it a treat and is eager to get it. It is easy to break the tablet in half for each dose. We tried the capsule form previously from another source and it was a real hassle to separate the capsule, pour half of it into a bit of meat or cheese and then recap the remainder. The 90 day supply is more economical for us too.
I found Vetdepot on google search. Vetdepot has the best price in the US ,the product vetmedin is the same as at my vet's but half the price, I needed this medicine fast because I didn't have the money to continue buying from my vet. My dogs have to have this medicine to live, I received my order in the time Vetdepot quoted. I give Vetdepot five stars.

The same as from the vet's office, but at a much lower price. This medicine worked fast and did exactly as the vet said it would. My dog, Bella, is her old self. She feels so much better. She is a boxer/pit mix and when she stopped playing and got lethargic I thought at first it was just the heat but when a few days later I had to help her up the steps I knew something bad was wrong. The vet said she is stage 2 and we have a year or a little more with her left. I know this medicine is not a cure but she will get it for as long as she needs and this price really helps my wallet.

My 12 year old doberman has had Vetmedin added to her regime for heart disease for less than a month and the improvement was immediate. She has stopped all coughing and thinks she is a 2 year old again. I couldn't be more pleased over this med and VetDepot is saving me about $25 per bottle. My only concern, my dobe does NOT like the chewable tablet, so it's one more to poke down her. Thanks!
Dog responding well to this product
My 13 year old Shepard Beagle mix has been on this product for several months now after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. She takes 3 a day and has been her old self since starting the regimen. The coughing that was chronic before starting the pills has disappeared completely. VetDepot is significantly cheaper than my vet and has a very fast turn around on getting the medication to us.

quality product at a great price
The title says it all! Quality product, great low price. I was paying through the nose at the vet's office before I found VetDepot. My Rowdie (10 year old long-hair dachshund) has degenerative valve disease. Our time with him is very limited. This medication, as well as several others, are keeping my baby Rowdie alive. Our black lab has CHF because of DCM. He has been on Vetmedin for exactly one year now and has shown remarkable improvement in his daily activities after one week. He can't do all the things he used to, but he can still enjoy a walk in the woods, a swim in the ponds or a mouse hunt in the tall grass. So happy with this product
My wonderful beagle has advanced heart disease, but you would never know it! He still loves to beg for treats, go on walks and go for rides in the car. He doesn't get out of breath running up and down the stairs. He looks so good it's hard to believe he is nearing the end. This medication has helped him so much, not only lengthening his life, but also maintaining quality of life. I am hoping that this medication can help him beat the odds and enjoy life with us for a long time to come.

Vetmedin has made a remarkable difference in our Ben's quality of life. He is 14 years old and has congestive heart failure due to DCM. Without this product I have no doubt that he would no longer be with us.
My Great Dane was diagnosed with heart failure 6 weeks ago and as a nurse practitioner, I knew how serious this was. His vet put him on Lasix, Vasotec and Vetmedin 15mg daily in divided doses. This product has so far added months...getting close to a year now to my dog's life. He was diagnosed with stage 3 heart failure almost 1 year ago. He had his Dr. check up a few weeks ago and the Dr. said his heart condition has improved to a stage 2! This product is great and vetdepot makes it affordable to the consumer!
Our Cocker Spaniel of 13 years developed Heart Failure and after months on Lasic and Enaperil, the doctor added Vetmedin. Clancy was coughing more and getting weaker but the Vetmedin helped him get better though for only about five weeks. We were happy to have him bounce back to a little of his old self. I wish the doctor had prescribed it earlier as we had to put Clancy asleep May 26, 201., On other sites I've seen many others praising Vetmedin/Pimobendan benefits.
