A lifesaver, very effective.
Our 14 year old dog began peeing in the house. The problem was not behavioral, it was due to a liver issue. Our vet prescribed Denamarin. The most difficult part was getting the pill into him. A friend recommended a coating of Peanut or Almond butter after he kept spitting out the pill even after it was wrapped in a pill pocket, meat of piece of cheese. The Denamarin did the trick. We hope to be able to keep our friend around for some time to come.

My Oliver has to be on Denamarin because he has liver disease and he has seizures. Vet Depot is the cheapest place that I have found it and it has a long expiration date, they have shipped both of my orders very fast and I have gotten them quickly.
