Let me first say my entire family is very happy with this product.
Our young cockatiel is so happy now after being put in this cage. He sings and has a blast all day long. It has been truly amazing how this cage has changed our bird's behavior-he is obviously much happier.
The cage arrived quickly, was not damaged, and went together easily. The small shutter cage door lock's screw was too shallow to be screwed in, but otherwise all supplied parts went together without any problems. The cage is now a thing of beauty rather than an eyesore. We say this exact same cage at our local "big box" pet store, but could not afford the steep price. Vet Depot's price was more than $100 less. We highly recommend this product and it's supplier.
