I purchased this kennel as a portable kennel to take our German Shepherd camping with us. It sets up 30-45 minutes and if you have room to take it, then I think it would be a good purchase for this reason, providing you aren't moving from campspot to campspot on a frequent basis. The frame seems to oxidize, but not rust. I'm not sure we will be using it for the reason we bought it, but it will work for the home whenever we need to kennel our dog for a couple of hours. I will be looking for panels that connect with a metal pin.
