<p>When Ammonil was discontinued I did not know what to do for my 15 year old Siamese. He even eats urinary food but still needs an acidifier. I was apprehensive about the size of the pill but it slides right down his throat even better than the Ammonil. Not ONE problem. VERY happy with this product it WORKS!</p>
