By controlling the overproduction of cortisol, Vetoryl 60 mg, 30 Capsules (Trilostane) is effective for long-term management of both adrenal-dependent and pituitary-dependent cases of canine Cushing's Disease. However, Vetoryl does not cure for the disease, but it does improve the quality of life for dogs suffering from it. Available in three strengths for easy dosing: 10 mg, 30 mg, and 60 mg.

Excellent service with excellent med for Cushings
Have used Vetoryl now for close to two years, our Shep/Collie Mix is on 200mg/d (100mg twice/d). Is doing very well, no other symptoms left except heavy panting episodes in the early morning hours and somewhat increased water intake, also increased itching which we try to compensate with a small Pred dose (counterintuitive, but it seems to help).
