Hypothyroid treatment
About a year ago, my dog started gaining weight and her skin got all flaky and dry. The doctor first through it was a skin problem and gave her some meds for that, then tested her blood but the results were just a little off. So, we treated for a nutritional deficiency that she did not have. She got sicker and sicker and was borderline obese. Turns out it was her thyroid. Even waiting a long time for the right treatment (I've since changed vets, although I don't fully blame my old vet), she's a million times improved after starting Pala-Tech.
