Missie is about 8 and came to us from a rescue. We knew her background and that she had never had vet care or good nutrition. Our vet prescribed Rimadyl. This works extremely well and is much less expensive. She gets around much better now and doesn't cry out so I know it's working. Good price, prompt shipping. How good is that?

My doberman was diagnosed with arthritis several years ago and it has gotten progressively worse as she has aged. She was initially on Rimadyl and it worked well for her. I discovered that the generic equivalent is Novox and I asked my vet to allow a generic subsititue. I have had Twylah on the Novox now for about a year and it works wonders for her. She takes two 75mg tablits every day and she is able to keep up with her two year old counterpart even though she is almost 9 years her senior!! The best part is VetDepot. I cannot sing their praises any higher than I do now. Once I order a product I get it within a few days and this is very different from the other web sites I have used for my pet's medications. We only wish our pets could speak to us verbally. Our dog Annie (an airedale) started to exhibit signs of anti-social behaviour at the dog park - a daily outing she once loved. I have been purchasing these tablets for my old dog who turned fifteen-years-old yesterday, for about the last year. Carprofen was recommended by my vet for his to ease any pain he might be feeling since he appears to have arthritic rear legs and has difficulty supporting his weight on them. They seem to have been helping and have contributed to him reaching his fifteenth birthday. I have bought these from several sources in the past but Vet Depot seems to have the best value.
