Glucosamine Chondroitin Joint Supplements

Restor-A-Flex is a palatable and potent glucosamine and chondroitin supplement for joint health in cats and dogs. Restor-A-Flex minimizes joint pain and stiffness to improve mobility and quality of life in pets. The product also contains calcium, vitamin C, and manganese for added benefits.

Restor-A-Flex is for use in cats and dogs only. Do not allow children to use, handle, or administer this supplement.

Directions:

1. Give 1/4 tablet twice per day to dogs and cats weighing under 10 lbs. After 6 weeks of treatment, reduce this dose to 1/4 tablet once per day.
2. Give 1/2 tablet twice per day to dogs and cats weighing 10-24 lbs. After 6 weeks of treatment, reduce this dose to 1/2 tablet once per day.
3. Give 1 tablet twice per day to dogs and cats weighing 25-49 lbs. After 6 weeks of treatment, reduce this dose to 1 tablet once per day.
4. Give 1 1/2 tablet twice per day to dogs and cats weighing 50-100 lbs. After 6 weeks of treatment, reduce this dose to 1 1/2 tablet once per day.
5. Give 2 tablets twice per day to dogs and cats weighing over 100 lbs. After 6 weeks of treatment, reduce this dose to 2 tablets once per day.

Frequency of Use:

Use as directed. Restor-A-Flex may be used long-term in the management of osteoarthritis and other conditions.

Storage:

Store Restor-A-Flex in a dry, cool location, away from light, moisture, and heat. Keep out of reach of children and animals.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Artificial Meat Flavor, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium and Silica
