Regu-Mate 1000 mL Bottle is an oral, synthetic cersion of the progesterone hormone that works to prevent or control the start of estrus in mares. Regu-Mate helps mares have regular cycles, regulates unpredictable cyles, allows for scheduled breeding, and shortens prolong estrus.

15-day treatment may improve performance by making mares more predictable
Suppresses estrus within 3 days of starting therapy in 95% of mares
Increases progesterone levels in mares

Additional Information

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: REGU-MATE® (altrenogest) is contraindicated for use in mares having a previous or current history of uterine inflammation. Pregnant women or women who suspect they are pregnant should not handle REGU-MATE. Women of childbearing age should exercise extreme caution when handling this product.

Accidental absorption, such as via direct contract with the skin, could lead to a disruption of the menstrual cycle or prolongation of pregnancy. Vinyl, neoprene, or nitrile gloves must be worn by all persons who handle this product or who come in contact with equipment or surfaces contaminated by this product.
