Calming Supplements for Cats and Dogs

ProQuiet is a soothing product for cats and dogs. It does not sedate or tranquilize, but rather delivers naturally calming ingredients to eliminate or reduce anxiety, nervousness, and stress-related behaviors. It also contains ginger root to help control symptoms of motion sickness. Use ProQuiet to relax your pet during grooming, travel, thunderstorms, fireworks, visits from unfamiliar people, the introduction of a new pet into the household, times of separation anxiety, and other occasions that trigger emotional upset. ProQuiet can also help stop scratching, vocalizations, urinating, loss of appetite, antisocial behavior, and other effects of stress.

ProQuiet is only for use in cats and dogs. Do not administer to other species. Not for human ingestion.

Use as recommended by your veterinarian.

Directions:

1. Administer daily as needed according to label directions and the recommendations of your veterinarian.
2. Administer 30 to 60 minutes before the effects are desired. Duration of effects varies in individual animals, and may range from 1 to 12 hours.
3. Give for up to 7 consecutive days during travel, when you have company, or as otherwise needed
4. Discontinue administration for at least 2 days after giving ProQuiet for 7 consecutive days during long-term use; animals can build up a resistance to ProQuiet's effects without administration interruptions.

Frequency of Use:

ProQuiet may be given daily as needed for up to 7 consecutive days. Longer administration is safe, but requires at least a 2-day discontinuation to prevent tolerance.

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store Pro-Quiet at controlled room temperature.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

ProQuiet is based upon the calming effects of the amino acid L-tryptophan. It also includes taurine, an amino acid that helps minimize nervous behavior, and hops and chamomile, two compounds with well-established relaxant properties. ProQuiet is also made with B-complex vitamins for central nervous system support and ginger root to calm the gastrointestinal tract and possibly help reduce the fight-or-flight instinct triggered by stressors.

Warnings:

Keep ProQuiet out of reach of children and animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.

ProQuiet is only intended for use in cats and dogs. Do not feed to other species. Not for use in humans.

CAUTION: ProQuiet should be well tolerated by pets. If you observe any individual sensitivity, contact your veterinarian.

Facial swelling, hives, rash, itching, difficulty breathing, sudden-onset diarrhea, emesis, and seizures are some signs of a hypersensitive reaction. Seek emergency veterinary care.

Animals can build up a resistance to the effects of ProQuiet's ingredients. Do not give this supplement for longer than 7 consecutive days without discontinuing use for at least 2 days.

Consult your veterinarian before administering other supplements or drugs to an animal taking ProQuiet. Not for use in animals taking tricyclic antidepressants, such as clomipramine, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).
