Program doses are administered on a
once-per-month basis. Begin Program treatment at any time of year and
administer it all year long. If flea infestations are seasonal in your
area, treatment should begin several weeks before the onset and should
continue through the end.
Give Program doses on the same date
each month. If you miss a dose, administer it as soon as you remember
it. If it is almost time for the subsequent dose, simply wait and take
up your regular schedule again when it is time. Packages contain helpful
reminder stickers.

Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Store Program for Cats Oral Suspension
at room temperature, from 59-86 degrees F. Store Program for Cats and

Lufenuron, the active ingredient in
Program products, is classified as an insect development inhibitor (IDI),
meaning it prevents development in fleas from young stages to the adult
stage. The natural flea life cycle begins as an egg that progresses
into a larva, then a pupa, and finally an adult. Program stops the immature
stages from reaching the adult form. Adult fleas can lay up to 2,000
eggs within their lifetime, easily creating massive infestations.
Program flea control does not require
a veterinary prescription.
