Use exactly as prescribed by your veterinarian. Dosage is calculated
considering body weight and the severity of the enzyme insufficiency.
Directions for PancreVed Powder:
- Give PancreVed powder with every meal.
- Give dogs ¾ to 1 tsp. and give cats ¼ to 3/4 tsp. as prescribed.
- Add the dose to canned food or moistened dry food. Mix thoroughly
to allow the enzymes to come into close contact with the food.
- Let stand at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes, and then serve.
Directions for PancreVed Tablets:
- Give PancreVed tablets right before every meal.
- Give dogs 2 to 3 tablets and give cats ½ to 1 tablet as prescribed
- Administer the tablets directly by hand.
Frequency of Use:
PancreVed supplementation is made with every meal on a daily basis.

Keep PancreVed out of reach of children and animals.
Store product in its original container, tightly sealed, at room temperature
not exceeding 77 degrees F.
It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product
in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Animals with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency do not produce the
appropriate amount of amylase, protease, and lipase to properly digest
and absorb the basic nutrients that provide energy: fats, carbohydrates,
and protein. PancreVed supplies these digestive enzymes to replace the
deficit. The enzymes contained in this product are derived from pigs.

USP units, Protease 388,000 USP units, Amylase 460,000 USP units, Vitamin

Warnings:

CAUTION: Allergic reactions are possible, especially in
animals with a sensitivity to pork products. Signs include rash, itching,
hives, seizures, facial swelling, shock, and coma. Seek emergency veterinary
treatment for an allergic reaction.
Diarrhea and other side effects may occur. Discuss
any adverse reactions with your veterinarian.
Diarrhea, fatty feces, weight loss, and increased
appetite are possible signs of an overdose. Seek emergency veterinary
care.
Some drugs, including H2 blockers and antacids,
and some supplements may interact with PancreVed. Tell your veterinarian
if your pet takes any medications or supplements, and check with your
veterinarian prior to beginning any new regimen or treatment once your
pet is taking PancreVed.
