Spot On Flea and Tick Control

OmniTrol Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR kills and repels fleas, ticks, mites, lice, and mosquitoes on dogs. It also breaks the flea life cycle to put a stop to infestations by terminating flea eggs and larvae for up to 8 weeks after application. In addition, this product provides weeks of continuing protection against ticks, mosquitoes, lice, and mites. Proper use eliminates infestations and prevents itching, pain and other symptoms caused by bites while preventing complications and secondary infections.

OmniTrol Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR is for dogs only. Using this product on other animals may be harmful to health. Do not use on cats.

Use as directed by your veterinarian.

Directions:

1. Select the appropriate OmniTrol Spot-On product labeled for your dog's weight. Applicators for dogs up to 33 lbs. contain 1.35 cc of product; applicators for dogs 33-66 lbs. contain 2.70 cc of product; applicators for dogs over 66 lbs. contain 5.40 cc of product.
2. Remove 1 applicator tube from the package.
3. Hold the applicator upright, pointed away from your face, and tear or cut off the tip.
4. Part your dog's hair on the back, between the shoulder blades, to expose the skin.
5. Press the tip of the applicator against the skin and apply all the contents of the tube at once if using the product for dogs up to 33 lbs. Apply ½ the contents of the tube if using a larger size applicator. Then, apply the other half in the same way on the dog's back right before the base of the tail.
6. Keep your dog standing during application if possible.
7. Alternatively, the full dose may be administered in the same manner in 3 to 4 equidistant, equally dosed spots from between the shoulder blades down the back to the base of the tail.

Frequency of Use:

OmniTrol Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR requires only a single dose. Talk to your veterinarian about a regimen for controlling infestations.

Storage:

Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Store OmniTrol Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR in a cool, dry location. Protect from freezing.

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed with storage or disposal.

Never pour unused product on the ground or down an inside or outside drain. Do not reuse or refill container. Dispose of empty applicator tubes in the trash or offer for recycling if available. Contact your local waste agency for disposal instructions of unused product.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Warnings:

Keep this product out of reach of children and animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed with storage or disposal.

OmniTrol Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR is only intended for use on dogs and puppies at least 12 weeks old. Do not use on other animals or humans.

For external use only.

Use according to your veterinarian's recommendations.

CAUTION: Do not use on cats. Keep treated dogs away from cats until product is completely dry to prevent accidental ingestion from grooming. Use on or ingestion by cats may cause tremors or unconditional muscle movements. Seek immediate veterinary care if such reactions occur.

This product may be hazardous to humans. Avoid ingestion and contact with eyes and skin. Wash your hands with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, smoking, or chewing gum.

On Skin: Take off and wash contaminated clothing right away. Rinse skin for 15 to 20 minutes in the event of contact and consult your physician or a poison control center for advice.

In Eyes: In the event of eye contact, flush eyes for 15 to 20 minutes, removing contact lenses after the first 5 minutes. Consult your doctor or a poison control center for advice.

If Swallowed: If accidentally ingested, sip water and call your physician or a poison control center immediately. Have the product package on hand when calling a doctor or poison control center.

Frequent or prolonged skin contact may cause allergic reactions in humans.

As with any pesticide, OmniTrol Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR may cause adverse reactions. If any occur, wash your dog's skin with a mild soap and plenty of water. Contact your veterinarian if your dog experiences irritation, itching, redness, rash, or hair discoloration or loss at a site of application, or lethargy. 

Consult your veterinarian before using this product on elderly, debilitated, pregnant, or nursing dogs. Also, consult if your pet has any organ impairment or is taking any drugs or supplements.

OmniTrol Spot-On for Dogs Plus IGR is toxic to fish and other aquatic organisms. Do not contaminate bodies of water. Treated dogs should not swim for at least 12 hours following application.

To the extent consistent with applicable law Buyer and user acknowledge and assume all risks and liabilities resulting from the handling, storage and use of this product which extend beyond the use of the product under normal conditions and in accord with statements made on the label.
