Neomycin and Polymyxin B are broad-spectrum antibiotics effective
against a range of bacteria. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that
reduces inflammation in the eye.
Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Suspension and Ointment
are available only by prescription.

Warnings:
Keep this product out of reach of children and
animals. Do not use or store in or near open flame or heat.
Only use Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Dexamethasone
Ophthalmic drops or ointment on the animal to which it was prescribed.
CAUTION: Do not use Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Dexamethasone
Ophthalmic suspension drops or topical ointment for cases of vaccinia,
herpes simplex keratitis, varicella, or other viral diseases that affect
the conjunctiva and cornea unless specifically told to do so by your
veterinarian. Do not use in cases of mycobacterial infections or fungal
diseases.
Do not use in pregnant or lactating animals unless
told to do by a veterinarian.
Allergic reactions are possible when using this
product. These reactions are most commonly due to the inclusion of anti-infective
agents. Reactions to the steroid in this product may cause a rise in
intraocular pressure, possible glaucoma development, optic nerve damage,
formation of posterior sub capsular cataracts, and slow wound healing.
Prolonged use of steroids may result in fungal
infections of the cornea.
Side effects are usually not serious and may include
stinging, irritation, redness, blurred vision, burning, eyelid swelling,
and sensitivity to light.
