Inactive Ingredient: 0.1% silicon dioxide (to prevent caking).

Cautions:

Recommended to support proper joint function and connective tissue health.

Directions for Use:

Give 1 level scoop (12,000 mg) twice daily for 5 days, then 1/2 scoop (6,000 mg) twice daily.
