My dog has severe allergies, resulting in respiratory inflammation and coughing and choking. Benadryl did not help, but Hydroxyzine keeps it in control.

My dog has been on hydroxyzine for allergies for almost a year, and until now we had been overpaying by getting it through the vet. Finally, we got smart and ordered it through VetDepot. The price is unbeatable, customer service was fantastic, and the prescription was received very fast. The brand is different from what we had been receiving and these are a little larger (and thus the reason for the 1 star deduction), but they work fine and our dog hasn't had a breakout since being on them. Overall, I'm very happy with the customer service and product.

My dogs have been on this for about a year and they are doing great. They have food allergies as well as seasonal and this medication works great for them.

Hydroxyzine is the cheaper version of Atarax. It is great if your pet has seasonal or year-round allergies.
