Formula V EnteralCare is a high-energy, sterile, ready-to-feed liquid supplement for administration by voluntary lapping, feeding tube, oral syringe, or other methods. It contains vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, and essential fatty acids to provide comprehensive nourishment and aid recovery from critical injuries and illnesses.

This formula is not designed as a long-term or permanent replacement for a regular, balanced diet.

Directions:

1. Shake well before using.
2. Offer to your pet slightly warmed or at room temperature.
3. Offer the supplement in small quantities every 2 hours to critically injured or ill animals for the first 24 hours.
4. Increase the amount offered and wait longer between offerings on the second day. A feeding frequency of 4 to 6 hours is generally adequate.
5. Encourage voluntary lapping as soon as it becomes possible.

Frequency of Use:

Give every 2 hours on Day 1. Increase amount on Day 2, but decrease feeding frequency to every 4 to 6 hours. Allow your pet to consume as much supplement as desired and as tolerated thereafter, or follow the instructions provided by your veterinarian.

Storage:

Store unopened cans of Formula V EnteralCare at room temperature. Once opened, cover and refrigerate to prevent spoiling. Discard unused formula after 72 hours or freeze. Use by the date on the bottom of the can.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Begin with small quantities to re-establish digestion. Administration of large quantities on Day 1 may aggravate illness.

Do not use Formula V EnteralCare in animals with a known allergy to it or to similar products.
