Glucosamine Joint Supplements for Dogs

The active ingredients in Flex 2500 work together to promote joint health, minimize the pain and inflammation of arthritis and other joint diseases, and improve the quality of life in older and arthritic animals.

Give during or after meals, as instructed by your veterinarian. Offering this product during or after meals may cause less gastrointestinal discomfort than giving this product on an empty stomach.

Chew and Granule Initial Administration (4 to 6 weeks):

1. Give 1/2 chew or 1/4 scoop daily to animals weighing 5-15 lbs.
2. Give 1 chew or 1/2 scoop daily to animals weighing 16-30 lbs.
3. Give 2 chews or 1 scoop daily to animals weighing 31-60 lbs.
4. Give 4 chews or 2 scoops daily to animals weighing 61-100 lbs.
5. Give 5 chews or 2 1/2 scoops daily to animals weighing more than 100 lbs.

Soft Chew Maintenance Administration:

1. Reduce dosing to once every other day for animals weighing 5-30 lbs.
2. Give 1 chew daily to animals weighing 31-60 lbs.
3. Give 2 chews daily to animals weighing 61-100 lbs.
4. Give 2 1/2 chews daily to animals weighing more than 100 lbs.

Granule Maintenance Administration:

1. Give 1/4 scoop every other day to dogs weighing 5-15 lbs.
2. Give 1/4 scoop daily to dogs weighing 16-30 lbs.
3. Give 1/2 scoop daily to dogs weighing 31-60 lbs.
4. Give 1 scoop daily to dogs weighing 61-100 lbs.
5. Give 1 1/2 scoops daily to dogs weighing more than 100 lbs.

Storage:

Store Flex 2500 at room temperature. Keep away from pets and children.
