Fish Flox (Ciprofloxacin) 250 mg, 30 Tablets is a broad spectrum, fluoroquinolone antibiotic for fish that is effective against gram-negative and some gram-positive bacterial infections like fin rot, black patch necrosis syndrome, and other infections. Fish Flox pet meds are sometimes given off-label to dogs and cats to treat E. coli, urinary tract infections (UTIs), severe gastroenteritis, and respiratory and external ear infections.
