Lathering solution containing gentle cleansing bases, phytosphingosine 0.1% - Moisturizing and film-forming agents - Green tea fragrance.
PROPERTIES: Phytosphingosine is a natural component of the epidermis. It plays a key role in the building and maintenance of the skin defense barrier. Phytosphingosine efficiently controls the seborrheic condition of the skin and fur of animals. DOUXO® Seborrhea Shampoo leaves the coat clean, soft and lustrous while removing excess body odor associated with seborrheic dermatitis.
USES: dogs and cats - topical treatment of seborrhea.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: External use only. Wet the animal with warm water and apply DOUXO® Seborrhea Shampoo extensively on the fur to create a rich lather. Massage the shampoo into the wet hair coat, lather freely. Allow to remain on the hair coat for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if needed.
The veterinarian’s recommendations should be observed.
It is generally recommended to shampoo 2 or 3 times weekly, for 1 to 2 weeks. Then, for effective control of the condition one should utilize DOUXO® Seborrhea Micro-emulsion Spray.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: Do not swallow. Avoid contact with the eyes.
