Liquid Diet for Dogs

DogSure is a meal replacement supplement for dogs intended to provide dogs over the age of 3 years with sufficient vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to maintain health. DogSure is ideal for debilitated and aging dogs and for those unable to meet their daily nutritional needs through dietary sources.

For supplemental feeding only. This product is intended as a meal replacement, but it is not intended to be used in place of a regular diet when regular meals are possible.

Directions:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Serve at room temperature. Some dogs may prefer the meal replacement when slightly warmed.
3. Give 2 to 4 ounces daily to dogs weighing 3-12 lbs.
4. Give 4 to 8 ounces daily to dogs weighing 13-25 lbs.
5. Give 6 to 12 ounces daily to dogs weighing 26-50 lbs.
6. Give 16 to 24 ounces daily to dogs weighing 51-100 lbs.
7. Give 18 to 24 ounces daily to dogs weighing 100 lbs. or more.

Frequency of Use:

Feed in addition to regular diet. Divide dose into two feedings. Adjust dose and feeding frequency as needed to maintain health. Duration of therapy depends on the reason for supplementation.

Storage:

Store unopened DogSure containers in a cool and dry location. Store in refrigerator, covered, after opening. Discard opened formula within 72 hours if not used. Store in single serving, airtight containers in the freezer for up to 6 weeks. Keep away from children and animals.

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

DogSure contains vitamins, minerals, flaxseed oil, milk protein concentrate, taurine, methionine, and other ingredients to supplement the diet of older dogs that may have difficulty obtaining adequate nutrition from dietary sources alone.
