Dog Pheromone Anxiety Medication

D.A.P. or Dog Appeasing Pheromone is a pheromone produced by mother dogs with their puppies. Pet medications with D.A.P. calm dogs and offer natural ways to help dogs cope with stressful situations like moving, crating, or trips to the vet.

D.A.P., an acronym for dog-appeasing pheromone, comforts and calms anxious, nervous, and otherwise emotionally upset dogs. D.A.P. is available in an electric diffuser for continuous use in the home, a spray for use in your vehicle, on targeted areas, or in strange locations, and in small and large collars for use in and outside the home. These products help stop stress-related symptoms and behaviors, including excessive vocalization, scratching, urination, defecation, loss of appetite, loss of interest in playing, and others. They are ideal when there are unfamiliar animals or pets around your dog, during grooming, travel, or crating, when there are recurring loud noises such as those from fireworks, construction, or thunder, and any other time environmental factors are stressful for your pet.

Benefits of D.A.P.:

  • Stops stress-induced behavioral problems, including barking, whimpering, whining, scratching, urinating, and defecating
  • Alleviates symptoms of anxiety and other emotional upset, including diminished appetite and lack of interest in activity, play, and social interaction
  • Provides comfort when your dog is upset by strange people or animals, noises, travel, boarding, or other environmental changes
  • Works without medication, mimicking the effects of naturally-occurring pheromones from mother dogs
  • Odorless, does not stain, and does not affect humans or other animals
  • Available in 3 effective forms: collars, spray, and refillable electric diffuser
  • One diffuser vial lasts approximately 1 month and covers up to 750 sq. ft.
  • Spray works in about 15 minutes
  • Does not sedate or tranquilize

D.A.P. is only effective on dogs.

Not for internal use. Diffuser and spray are not for use directly on animals.
