INDICATIONS: Fluoride treatment can be an important adjunct to routine dental prophylaxis. Benefits include desensitizing exposed dentin, strengthening tooth enamel, decreasing rate of plaque reattachment and stimulating remineralization of the enamel. Use following each dental prophylaxis, or apply at time of spay/neuter (around 6 months of age) to strengthen the enamel of the permanent dentition.

DIRECTIONS: Shake vigorously. Gently press nozzle. Apply FluraFom on the upper and lower row of teeth, one side at a time. Evenly distribute the foam over all tooth surfaces. Allow 1-3 minutes for foam to dissipate and remove any remaining foam with dry gauze pad or cloth.

AVOID FOOD AND WATER FOR 30 MINUTES AFTER TREATMENT.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: 1.23% Fluoride (from sodium fluoride and hydrogen fluoride) in a Phosphoric Acid Foam at pH 3.0- 3.4.

CAUTION: Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

WARNINGS: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store at room temperature. Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate.
